Snow crab has become a cornerstone of the Co-op since we rebuilt the business around shellfish. Our snow crab is certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) — the highest recognised standard for sustainability in the fishing industry — so buyers get independent assurance of a well-managed, traceable fishery.
We supply live snow crab in season and a full brine-frozen programme: sections in both Gulf and non-Gulf grades (4 oz, 5–8 oz, 8–10 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz), snow crab legs, K-pack (broken) sections and cooked claws in 30 lb cases, plus cooked snow crab meat in 1 lb bags.
Our live shipping programme can move live crab to customers across Canada and internationally, while frozen formats give wholesale and foodservice buyers consistent, year-round supply.
